Go to “My company profile”
Extensions
Select “Extensions”
Activate new extension
Now click on “Activate new extension”
Serial Number & Description
In the following window, you can enter the serial number of your extension and enter a description / comment. As an acceptable description, you could use the name of the employee or the device. Lastly, just click on “Submit” and the extension has been activated
You can find the serial number in the extension
If you would like to activate an already installed extension, the serial number will be automatically stored in the text box
