Optimization
First, you will have click in the menu on “Optimization”
Listing Builder
Now select the “Listing Builder” tool
Create new project
Click “Create new project” in the upper left corner
Import Data
Now move to “Import Date” with your mouse
Filled in inventory file
You can import a filled in inventory file by clicking on “Filled in inventory file”
Select file
Now your explorer opens from your computer, and you have to select the corresponding file
Type
In this step, you must now select whether it is a Seller or Vendor file. You also must select a marketplace, for which you are creating this project for, and you must select the folder within the Shield Explorer
Import
Now the file is checked for errors
SKU Selection
In this step, you can now select the SKUs you want to optimize
Keywords
Available Keywords
Manually enter the keywords you want to include in the listing or import the keywords from a list
Excluded Terms
You can also exclude terms, which you don’t want to include in the listings
Confirm
Click on “Submit” and the project is created
Empty inventory file
You can also import an empty inventory file
Select file
Now your explorer opens from your computer, and you have to select the corresponding file
Type
In this step, you must now select whether it is a Seller or Vendor file. You also must select a marketplace, for which you are creating this project for, and you must select the folder within the Shield Explorer
Import
Now the file is checked for errors
SKU Selection
Since it is an empty file, you must now manually enter the SKU you want to optimize. You will also assign a name and select the product type
The dropdown of the product type comes from the file
Keywords
Available Keywords
Manually enter the keywords you want to include in the listing or import the keywords from a list
Excluded Terms
You can also exclude terms, which you don’t want to include in the listings
Confirm
Click on “Submit” and the project is created
